Knotty Pine: In-Home Euthanasia & Cremation

As I enter into my 15th year of practice in veterinary medicine, I am humbled to have been chosen by so many families to care for their pets. Being the face of this practice for so long, I am now watching puppies turn into trouble makers, then to best friends, confidants, babysitters, support systems, and legends into their final years. It is now a privilege of mine to give these faithful companions a sweet and carefully planned send-off in honor of everything they've done for their families.

The business name was inspired by my husband's hand-crafted wooden urns. We put so much pride in the euthanasia process. Your trust in it is what sets us apart. Thank you for considering Knotty Pine during this difficult decision-making time.

For questions or to schedule, please call (219) 255-9286, option 5.

  • Trust in the process and peace in your choice. From consultation, appointment scheduling, final goodbyes, cremation, and return of remains in their final resting place, there is only one handler: me. I will be your sole point of contact. All cremations are completed by myself.

The decision to allow a devoted companion and friend to rest is a heavy one. Many times it comes with apprehension. I hope my guarantee of continuity of care I have promised all of my patients can help to calm some of those feelings. It is truly an honor to be the person your family trusts to share in this process.

Please call the number below and choose option 5 for in-home euthanasia and cremation option.
